Number Wars: Fighting Strategy

Number Wars privacy policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026

This policy covers Number Wars: Fighting Strategy for iPhone, iPad and Android, and the game's product and support pages. The advertising-consent controls, banner removal and legacy-analytics changes described below apply to the refreshed release: iOS version 8.4 build 3 and later, and Android version 8.4 and later. Earlier installed versions may behave differently.

The essentials
  • No player account, online multiplayer, chat or Enaayah cloud-save service.
  • Progress and settings are stored on your device.
  • Google AdMob processes some device, advertising and technical data to serve and measure ads. The game is not a “data not collected” app.
  • Rewarded ads are optional. The refreshed release has no banner ads or new in-app purchase offers.
  • Advertising consent and device advertising or tracking controls are separate choices. Privacy choices do not block gameplay.

Who we are

The game is developed and published by ENAAYAH Software Development and Services Private Limited (“Enaayah”, “we”, “us”). Its iOS bundle identifier is com.skf.NumberWars and its Apple App Store identifier is 1604142294. Its Android package identifier is com.Enaayah.NumberWars.

We do not run player accounts or a game server for Number Wars. This policy distinguishes the information saved by the game on your device, information processed by advertising and platform services, and information you choose to send to support.

Data on your device

The game uses local app storage to remember level progress, mode unlocks, selected fighters, gameplay settings, and sound, music and vibration preferences. The game code does not upload this saved progress to an Enaayah server. Local Two Player mode uses one shared device and does not create an online profile.

Local data remains until the app or its data is removed, or the device's own storage and backup controls change it. Operating-system backups or transfers may include app data depending on your Apple or Android settings. We do not operate those services and cannot restore a lost save from our own servers.

Advertising and SDK data

Number Wars uses Google's Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). The refreshed release uses full-screen interstitial ads at results breaks and optional rewarded ads. On iOS, a rewarded interstitial may be used as a fallback for a requested reward. There are no banner ads in this release.

When an ad is requested, loaded or shown, Google's software may process the following information:

InformationWhy it is used
IP address and approximate location inferred from itRegional ad delivery, privacy rules, measurement and fraud prevention. The game does not request precise GPS location.
Device, app and advertising identifiers, including Android advertising and app set identifiers; device model and operating-system informationAd delivery and measurement, frequency management, security and, where permitted, personalised advertising.
Ad impressions, taps, completed videos and other ad or product interactionsProviding ads and rewards, measuring advertising, analytics and preventing abuse.
Crash, performance and other SDK diagnosticsMaintaining and improving the advertising service and troubleshooting failures.

Google may process this information for advertising, marketing, analytics, security and service operation under its own policies. We do not receive your payment card details through advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information for advertising.

The refreshed release disables the game's legacy Unity Analytics collection. That does not disable the advertising provider's own measurement or diagnostics. Earlier versions may have used Unity's legacy analytics services; Unity's game-player privacy policy describes its processing.

Consent and tracking choices

Google's User Messaging Platform stores advertising choices on the device and may process IP address and approximate location, consent-message interactions and technical performance information to check regional requirements and operate the privacy controls. This consent processing may occur even if no ad is subsequently requested.

The refreshed game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements before requesting ads. Where required and configured by the advertising provider, it presents a consent message. Ads are requested only when the platform indicates that ad requests are permitted.

Where the provider makes a privacy options form available, use Privacy choices in the game's settings to review or change your advertising choices. The control may be unavailable where the provider does not require a privacy options form. Your choice can affect ad personalisation and availability; it does not turn off every processing activity required for ads, such as security or fraud prevention.

On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is separate from advertising consent. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is available only when Apple permits access and you authorise tracking. You can change the permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking does not prevent play. It does not mean that no ads will appear or that no device or advertising data will be processed.

On Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID through your device's advertising controls in Settings. Names and available controls vary by Android version and device. This is separate from the game's advertising-consent form; changing the advertising ID does not remove every identifier or all data needed to deliver ads.

Where consent is the legal basis for processing, you can withdraw it through the available privacy controls. Other processing may rely on the applicable basis for delivering the service, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or legal obligations, subject to local law.

Platform services and past purchases

The refreshed release does not offer new in-app purchases or subscriptions. On iOS, it may check Apple purchase receipts to recognise an ad-removal entitlement bought in an earlier version. Apple handles purchase and payment information under Apple's privacy policy.

On Android, Google Play may provide purchase or entitlement information when the game checks for an ad-removal purchase made in an earlier version. Google handles the store's account, purchase and payment information under Google's Privacy Policy. Number Wars does not ask for payment card details on either platform.

Apple or Google may also process store, device backup and diagnostic information according to your device and account settings. Those services are controlled by the relevant platform provider.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive the address, message, attachments and other details you send. We use them to answer your request, investigate issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Send only what is needed; do not include passwords, device passcodes or payment details.

The game's website pages use Enaayah's site services. Information about site analytics, cookies and other website processing is available in the Enaayah website privacy policy. Any website consent choices are separate from the game's advertising choices.

Children and families

Number Wars does not ask players to submit a name, birth date, contact list, photographs or messages, and it has no player chat. Advertising services may still process the information described above. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information can contact contact@enaayah.com. We will review the request and work with the relevant service where appropriate.

Retention and international processing

Saved game progress and preferences remain in local storage until removed or changed as described above. We retain support correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet legal obligations. We do not set a single retention period for all advertising data; Google controls its retention under its policies and available user controls.

Advertising, platform and support providers may process information outside your country. Protections and lawful transfer mechanisms depend on the provider, destination and applicable law. Their policies provide further details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. US state residents may also have rights relating to targeted advertising, sale or sharing, subject to applicable law.

Use the advertising privacy controls where available and your device's tracking settings. For help with a request, contact contact@enaayah.com and identify Number Wars. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant records. Because we do not run a player account service, we cannot look up a cloud profile or remotely delete your device's saved progress. We also cannot promise to erase every record held independently by Google or Apple; their privacy controls and request processes apply.

Removing the app may remove local progress, so contact support before deleting it to troubleshoot.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No device, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party providers are responsible for the security of their own services.

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version; any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.
