A game arrives.
Each card is a mobile game fresh out of soft launch, with its numbers: what a player costs, what they earn, how many come back.
Games Monopoly
An educational game about mobile games
Every day, mobile game publishers read soft-launch numbers and decide which games get millions in marketing. Now it's your call. Swipe to Publish or Pass, and learn the KPIs that decide whether a game succeeds.

01 / How it plays
Each card is a mobile game fresh out of soft launch, with its numbers: what a player costs, what they earn, how many come back.
Good numbers? Swipe right to Publish. Bad ones? Swipe left to Pass. Publish a flop or pass on a hit and you lose a heart.
Cards get harder and new genres appear as your score climbs. Lose all three hearts and the run is over.
02 / The numbers
Every call teaches a real KPI. You start with two and unlock the rest one at a time, until you read a soft-launch report like a pro.
03 / A look inside

04 / What's in it
Start with two numbers: what a player costs and what they earn. Retention, ARPDAU, market, D7 ROAS, payer rate and ARPPU unlock one at a time, and the hints fade as you get better.
After every call, see what really happened in year one: the profit or loss, the one KPI that decided it, and the math behind it.
Every KPI you unlock is kept on its own illustrated card, so you can look it up again whenever you like.
Climb from Intern to Games Monopoly, collect legendary games and earn a certificate with your name on it to share.
The same 20 cards for everyone each day, plus daily rewards and challenges to come back for.
Genre benchmarks are based on public industry data: retention from AppsFlyer, install costs from Liftoff, payer rates from GameAnalytics.
