Enaayah Software Development and Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Enaayah”, “we”, “us”) provides Game Called Life. This policy explains the information used by the game and the choices available to you.

At a glance

How the game handles your information

For Game Called Life version 1.0 on Android and iOS.

This edition is for ages 13 and older. It asks for an age band, stored on the device. Under-13 users cannot continue past the age check and no ads are requested. Optional Firebase measurement is available only to adults.

Family stories, entered names, photographs created by the game, keepsakes and saved progress stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Exported or shared copies go to the destination you choose. Automatic cloud save sync is not provided. You can export your families or delete local game data from Save & privacy. Copies you export and data already uploaded to service providers are not removed by a local deletion.

The native app includes Google AdMob advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your age, region, consent choices and device permissions, advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic information. Teens receive non-personalized ad requests and are not asked for Apple's tracking permission. Advertising privacy choices can be revisited in Save & privacy.

Adults can separately choose optional Google Analytics for Firebase gameplay measurement, Firebase Crashlytics diagnostics and Google Ads campaign measurement in Save & privacy → Optional measurement & diagnostics. These are off by default. Gameplay measurement covers sessions, tutorial progress, life starts and completions, choice counts, helicopter drop catches, stork welcomes and earned ad rewards. Firebase may associate these with a pseudonymous app-instance identifier and app/device characteristics. AdMob/Firebase can measure actual ad impressions and revenue.

Optional crash reporting includes native crash traces, app/OS/device diagnostics and limited JavaScript error categories and line numbers. Game instrumentation does not send family names, entered names, story or choice text, photographs, save contents, email addresses or phone numbers. We do not set a Firebase user ID.

Campaign measurement requires gameplay measurement permission and, on iOS, Apple's tracking authorization. Firebase advertising personalization remains disabled. AdMob consent choices are managed separately. You can withdraw optional measurement permissions at any time. Local data deletion revokes optional collection, removes unsent crash reports and resets the local Analytics identity. It does not recall information previously uploaded. Retention and deletion of uploaded information follow the configured provider settings and applicable request processes; contact contact@enaayah.com for assistance.

The browser edition does not initialize these native Firebase or AdMob integrations. For Google's processing, see How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Adults who opt into gameplay measurements also enable optional game tuning and controlled experiments through Firebase Remote Config. Configuration requests may use Firebase installation identifiers and app/device information. No age-band custom signal is sent. With optional sharing off, the game uses its bundled behavior. Withdrawal prevents new configuration fetches from the game and stops applying remote tuning; an already-started request may finish.

Support enquiries

If you contact us, we use the contact details and information you choose to provide to respond and resolve your enquiry. Please share only what is needed to explain your request.

Retention and security

Local saves remain on your device until removed. We retain information received through our services for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Provider retention settings also apply to information sent to Google. We use reasonable safeguards; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. You can change optional measurement choices and delete local data in Save & privacy. A local reset does not delete previously uploaded data or exported copies. For help exercising your rights, contact us below. We may need information to verify and locate your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above identifies the latest update. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
