Controls
- Hold anywhere on the screen to accelerate. The speedometer needle rises.
- Let go to slow down. The needle drops, but the car keeps rolling.
- II pauses the game. The pause menu can show the controls again.
Missing jumps?
Hit each ramp with the needle in the yellow zone on the speedometer. Too slow and you fall short into the gap; too fast and you overshoot the landing. The green strip inside the yellow is the bullseye.
Your speed locks at the lip of the ramp, so the ramp never steals speed. Speed windows start wide and tighten as you progress. Clear five jumps to finish a level; each level scores one to three stars by bullseyes.
If you miss, you can retry from the last gate, or once per run watch an optional ad to continue.
Obstacles
Each obstacle is announced by a warning card with the speed it needs, and the yellow and green zones move to match.
- Barrier: go fast enough to smash it.
- Weak bridge: cross it slowly, or it collapses.
- Crumbling road: keep your speed across it.
- Flood: water drags the car, so carry extra speed in.
- Rocket ramp: enter at the speed on the card; the boosters add the rest at the lip.
- Ring of fire: take the kicker inside the speed on the card, fly through, then ease off for the jump.
Cars and coins
The first time you clear a level you win a new vehicle, while rides remain to unlock. Coins buy the others in the garage. There are 100 vehicles to collect. Car Leap has no in-app purchases.
Saved progress
There is no account. Coins, cars, levels and settings are saved on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them, and we cannot restore lost progress. Your device's own backups (iCloud or Google) may include app data, depending on your settings.
Ads
Car Leap is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are optional: watch one to continue after a missed jump, double the coins a level paid, or unlock a car from the garage early. Occasional full-screen ads appear between attempts or levels, never while driving. There are no banner ads.
Data choices
Gameplay analytics is off until you allow it. Open DATA CHOICES on the menu to turn it on or off, review AD CHOICES where shown, or use COPY SUPPORT ID for a data request. The full details are in the Car Leap privacy policy.
