Car Leap Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026 · Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains what information is used when you play Car Leap ("the game") on iOS or Android, and the choices you have. The game is made by Enaayah Software Development and Services Private Limited ("Enaayah", "we", "us").

The short version
  • You don't need an account. There is no sign-in and no in-app purchases.
  • Your saved progress (coins, cars, levels and settings) is stored on your device. Optional gameplay analytics is separate from that saved profile.
  • Gameplay analytics is off by default. You can allow it in DATA CHOICES to share future level results, scores, session and device information with GameAnalytics and help us improve the game. Playing and earning rewards do not require analytics.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google's ad software collects some device and usage information to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it, you'll be asked for consent. You can change that choice later in the game.
  • The game is for players aged 13 and over.

Who we are

Enaayah Software Development and Services Private Limited develops and publishes Car Leap. The app identifier is com.Enaayah.CarLeap on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not operate player accounts or our own game server. Google processes advertising data as described in section 3, and GameAnalytics processes gameplay events and technical information on our behalf as described in section 4. If you contact us, we also receive your correspondence (see section 9).

Information stored on your device

To keep your game going between sessions, Car Leap saves the following on your phone or tablet using the device's local app storage:

  • coins, unlocked and selected vehicles, level progress, stars and personal best;
  • settings such as sound, vibration and your optional analytics choice;
  • a previously created analytics support ID, so you can copy it after turning analytics off or restarting the app;
  • local run and failure counters, best times, and flags remembering which controls and obstacle introductions you have seen.

The saved progress profile stays in local app storage and is not uploaded to an Enaayah game server. If you allow optional analytics, future gameplay events such as level outcomes, scores and session activity may be sent to GameAnalytics as described in section 4. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes the local profile. We cannot restore lost progress from analytics events.

Your operating system's own device backups (for example iCloud or Google backup) may include app data. That depends on your device settings and is handled by Apple or Google, not by us.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Car Leap is free and is supported by ads served by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The game uses two ad formats:

  • Rewarded videos: optional. You can choose to watch one to continue after a missed jump, to double the coins a level paid, or to unlock a car from the garage early.
  • Interstitial ads: occasional full-screen ads shown between attempts or levels, never while driving.

There are no banner ads, and ads never interrupt driving. Ad content is limited to Google's general-audience ("G") rating.

What Google may collect

When the game requests or shows an ad, Google's SDK may automatically collect the information below. We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you.

InformationUsed for
Device and advertising identifiers: the Advertising ID on Android and, only if you allow tracking, the IDFA on iOS. Also app-scoped identifiers.Delivering and measuring ads, limiting how often you see the same ad, preventing fraud and, with consent, personalised ads
Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location)Showing ads suitable for your region, applying the right privacy rules, and preventing fraud
Ad interactions, such as ads shown, tapped or completed, and app launchesAd delivery, measurement, rewards, analytics and fraud prevention
Diagnostics, such as crash and performance information about the ad SDKKeeping the ad service working and fixing problems
Basic device information, such as model, operating system, language and network typeShowing ads that work correctly on your device

Google acts under its own privacy policy and, for some of this processing, as an independent controller of the data. You can read more here:

Personalised and non-personalised ads

Whether ads are personalised depends on your choices and where you live:

  • Personalised ads may use your advertising identifier and past ad activity to choose ads that are more relevant to you. They are shown only where your consent or settings allow it.
  • Non-personalised ads are based on general context, such as the app and your approximate location, rather than your profile. Google may still use identifiers or cookies for frequency capping, aggregated measurement and fraud prevention.

Choosing not to consent never blocks you from playing. You may still see ads, but they will be non-personalised or limited.

Game analytics (GameAnalytics)

Car Leap offers optional gameplay analytics through GameAnalytics, a service provided by GameAnalytics ApS that processes this data on our behalf. Analytics is off by default. It starts only after you explicitly allow it in DATA CHOICES and the game's privacy flow has completed successfully. When analytics is available and enabled, it sends:

  • game events, such as starting, finishing or failing a level, your score for that run, and when a rewarded or between-level ad was shown or rewarded;
  • session information, such as when you open and close the game and how long you play;
  • technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language and an approximate country derived from your IP address; and
  • a pseudonymous analytics user ID: the iOS SDK normally uses Apple's identifier for vendors (IDFV), with an SDK fallback if it is unavailable; on Android, the SDK uses a randomly generated identifier because Car Leap disables GameAnalytics' Android Advertising ID collection. That Android setting does not control iOS identifiers.

We use analytics to understand play patterns, such as how many players finish a level, and improve the game and its difficulty. We do not ask for your name or contact details through analytics, and we do not sell this analytics data. Where the GDPR applies, our basis for optional gameplay analytics is your consent. Car Leap disables GameAnalytics' error and crash reporting, FPS reports, memory and FPS histograms, SDK-initialisation diagnostics, hardware tracking and memory tracking. This does not disable Google's separate ad-service diagnostics described in section 3. You can read GameAnalytics' privacy policy.

Only future activity is shared while analytics is enabled. Earlier play is not replayed when you opt in. Turning analytics off stops future event submission and new event caching; it does not automatically erase data already sent, SDK history or any data cached before the change.

For a request about analytics data, open DATA CHOICES and use COPY SUPPORT ID, then email contact@enaayah.com with that ID and your device type (iOS or Android). The support ID is available only after analytics has previously initialised with your permission; copying it does not start analytics or turn it back on. If no ID is available, the button says NO SUPPORT ID YET. You can still contact us to discuss your request. We will review requests and the available identification information under the applicable process; copying an ID or turning analytics off is not a server-data deletion command.

Car Leap keeps a local copy of that support ID across analytics opt-out and app restarts so it remains available for a request. Clearing the app's storage removes this local copy; it does not itself delete data already held by GameAnalytics.

Your privacy choices

  • Consent message. When you open the game, it uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether a consent or privacy message is needed where you live, for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland or certain US states. If one is needed, it appears before any ads load.
  • Gameplay analytics. The menu's permanent DATA CHOICES button opens the PRIVACY & DATA sheet. Use ANALYTICS: OFF - TAP TO ALLOW or ANALYTICS: ON - TAP TO TURN OFF to change your choice. Analytics is optional and off by default; your game and rewards work with it off. Withdrawal stops future submission and new caching, but does not erase information already collected (see section 4).
  • Advertising choices. An AD CHOICES button appears inside DATA CHOICES when Google's consent system says a privacy-options form is required. Use it to review or change those advertising choices. Ads loaded under your earlier choice are discarded. Advertising choices and the optional gameplay-analytics toggle are separate.
  • Privacy policy. A permanent PRIVACY POLICY button is available on the menu and inside DATA CHOICES.
  • iOS tracking permission. If the configured advertising consent flow requests tracking permission, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt may appear, subject to your device settings and existing permission status. It is not shown on every launch or to every player. If tracking is not authorised, the IDFA is unavailable to the game and its SDKs. You can review your setting in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings, under Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device.
  • Deleting local data. To erase your saved progress and settings, uninstall the game or clear its storage.

Children

Car Leap is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask for your age, name, email address or any other contact details in the game.

If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, please contact us. Uninstalling the game removes all locally saved data, and you can reset the device's advertising identifier as described in section 5.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws give you rights over your personal information. These laws include the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and US state privacy laws. These rights can include:

  • access to the personal information held about you, and a copy of it;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of your information;
  • objecting to or restricting certain processing, including for personalised advertising;
  • withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it;
  • data portability;
  • lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How to use them. Your saved progress profile lives on your device, so you can view, delete or reset it yourself (see section 5). For advertising choices, open DATA CHOICES and use AD CHOICES when it is available, together with your device's ad settings. You can also exercise your rights with Google directly through Google's privacy controls. For an analytics request, include your support ID and device type as explained in section 4. For anything else, including correspondence you have sent us, contact us. We will respond under the time limits and requirements of applicable law. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Legal bases (EEA/UK). Where GDPR applies, optional gameplay analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw in DATA CHOICES. Personalised advertising and access to device identifiers rely on your consent where required. Non-personalised ad delivery, ad measurement and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests in funding a free game and keeping it secure, as permitted by law. Responding to your messages relies on our legitimate interest in answering you.

US state privacy rights

Residents of some US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas, have additional rights. They include the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • Allowing Google to use your advertising identifier and ad activity for personalised ads may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information, or as "targeted advertising", under some of these laws.
  • For advertising choices, open DATA CHOICES and use AD CHOICES where it is available, turn off tracking or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings, or contact us. Optional gameplay analytics has its own toggle in DATA CHOICES.
  • The categories involved are identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity (ad interactions) and approximate geolocation, as described in section 3.
  • We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

An authorised agent may submit a request for you. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome.

How long information is kept

  • Saved progress on your device stays until you uninstall the game or clear its data. We do not hold a server copy of the saved profile; analytics events are separate.
  • Advertising data is kept by Google according to its own retention policies. See how Google retains data.
  • Game analytics already collected are retained by GameAnalytics under the applicable service retention terms. Turning analytics off stops future submission and new caching but does not delete existing records. Contact us with your support ID and device type to request deletion or discuss other rights (see section 4).
  • Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to meet legal obligations.

International transfers

Google may process advertising data in the United States and other countries where it or its service providers operate. Google relies on legal safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. If you email us, your message is handled by us and our email provider, which may be in a different country from yours.

Security

The game has no player accounts. GameAnalytics processes gameplay events and technical information on our behalf as described in section 4. The game talks to Google's ad services over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and data saved on your device is protected by your device's own security. Keep your device's operating system up to date and use a screen lock. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect any information we handle.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add new features, in-app purchases or analytics services, or if the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how your information is used, we will also give notice in the game or on the store listing and, where required by law, ask for your consent again.
