How it works
Promises are easy on a calm day, and hard in the moment.
So you decide on the calm day. Three steps, the same every time.
Step 1: Decide ahead
On a calm day, write what happens when you slip, and what a good day earns. Agree each card yourself.
Step 2: Tap when it happens
Slipped? Tap “Not so good”. Kept to it? Tap “Good”. No arguing with yourself, no deciding while you are cross.
Step 3: The wheel picks fairly
It picks one of the cards you agreed, evenly. Then you do it, and the history keeps count.
Try it here
Spin it. It picks one of your cards, fairly.
As in the app, the card is picked first, evenly, and the wheel then turns to land on it. Switch to Good for a treat.
These are sample cards. In the app they are yours.

In the app the card it picked is shown in full, with how long it lasts. The wheel turns slowly, and with Reduce Motion it doesn’t turn at all.
For yourself
A wheel for anything you want to keep to.
Self-discipline first: your own promises, your own consequences, in your own words.

Any promise
Screen time, exercise, spending, bedtime, focus at work.
Your own words
Add, edit or remove actions and consequences at any time. Nothing changes until you agree.
Timed cards
A card like “No social media, 4 hours” counts down, with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen.
History
What happened, and what the wheel picked. See how you are doing.
With a partner
A shared wheel, agreed by you both.
Every card agreed beforehand. The person it is about sees it first, and answers. Anyone can leave.
You both agree
Make a shared wheel and send it. Your partner agrees each card on their own phone, or says “I see it differently”. Only cards you both agreed can be picked.
Tell, kindly
Tell your partner about a slip, or something good you spotted, with a few words or a photo. Faces are blurred on your phone before it is sent.
They see it first
The person it is about answers on their own phone: “Yes, I did”, and spins the wheel themselves, or “That’s not what happened”. Nothing is ever picked for them.
Free to leave
Either of you can leave a shared wheel at any time. No lock that one person controls.

The wheel and each telling travel as a small file, through Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop or Mail. There is no chat inside the app, and no server of ours in between.
A good day
Scratch for a treat you earned.
Good days count too. Tap Good and the wheel picks a treat; with the unlock, you can scratch a card for it instead.

Calm by design
Slow, kind and yours.
Made to cool things down, not to excite. What the app keeps, and the ads, are set out in the privacy policy.
- The wheel turns slowly, in colours close in brightness. Reduce Motion stops the spin.
- No account and no sign-in. Your wheels stay on your iPhone and in your own backup, unless you send them.
- Siri and Shortcuts, a Control Center button and a Home Screen widget.
- There are no prizes and no money in it. Choose consequences that are kind and fair.
Free, with one optional unlock
Pay once, if you like. No subscription.

Questions
Good to know.
Is it like gambling?
No. Nothing is staked, bought or won. The card is picked first, evenly, from cards you agreed yourself; the wheel only shows it.
Can a card come up that I didn’t agree to?
No. The wheel only picks from cards you agreed. On a shared wheel, only from cards you both agreed.
Does my partner need the app?
Yes, on their own iPhone. You send the wheel through Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop or Mail, and they open it in the app.
Are there ads?
Without the unlock, a small ad shows at the foot of some pages, never on the wheel or a card. The ads are not based on you, and the app never asks to track you. More in the privacy policy.
I bought “Unlock complete app” years ago. Do I keep it?
Yes. It is still yours: tap Restore purchase in the app.
Where can I get help?
The support page, or write to contact@enaayah.com.
